You may only submit reviews based on direct personal experience or, in the case of public figures, creators, books, media, or events, on genuine engagement with their publicly available work.

3. Reviews and Content

Fabricated, fake, or AI-generated reviews are prohibited. Incentivized reviews are only permitted through our transparent Rate & Win campaign system, and any such review must be clearly disclosed and labeled as part of an active campaign. Hidden, undisclosed, or paid-for reviews violate these Terms.

By submitting a review, you grant 6rat.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform and in marketing materials.

4. Prohibited Content and People-Related Guardrails

You may not post content that is: defamatory, harassing, threatening, or invasive of privacy; contains personal identifying information of others (doxxing); is sexually explicit; promotes illegal activity; or is otherwise offensive or harmful.

Reviews of individuals are permitted only for public figures, creators, professionals, or other persons acting in a clearly public or professional capacity. You may not list, profile, or review private individuals. Reviews must focus on public conduct or professional work, not on private life, family, health, religion, sexual orientation, or other sensitive personal data.

5. Business Claims

Businesses may claim their profiles on 6rat.com by verifying ownership. Claimed profiles must represent the actual business, and responses to reviews must be truthful and professional.

6. Intellectual Property

6rat.com and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 6rat.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

6rat.com is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of 6rat.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
